Ironically , I resigned EXL a while ago and I was working under Anand's team only and most of the things he said I proposed it to improve their internal as well as client facing work. I left because the managers were still working using the age old process of management without bringing in the new methods of development in the system. Till date I haven't seen any of these things get implemented in real work anywhere. It's really funny to me
