interesting. this will no doubt produce some fascinating new lines of inquiry but as with most neuroscience stuff entering the mainstream, be wary of pretty much all takes and repurposing of this new info into some preexisting narrative about the nature of decisionmaking or consciousness, why the 'lizard brain' drives our desires, etc etc.
feels like brain and quantum science, being as they are so rudimentary yet evocative, are especially vulnerable to popular distortion. be safe out there
