This does nothing for those scammed into Full Scam of the Decade sold from Oct 2016 (which even had a clause that FSD maybe not be used outside of Tesla Fleet)

Today Tesla held an event in Austin to officially launch Robotaxi to the public with no steering wheel or pedals.
