DoD confirms 'refrigeration disruption' at military commissaries

> While no official has offered an explanation for the cluster of outages, some have suggested that bad actors intentionally knocked linked refrigeration systems offline.

Moments” posted. It added that reports indicated at least 18 commissaries were affected.
