Oura rings unable to measure any signals needed to assess sleep quality / stages

I’m now wondering if Apple and Google will be next. Mileage may vary but I find my Apple Watch to be accurate enough.

That said, all users of these devices should understand their limitations though and take what they see with a grain of salt.
