I built a premium course and sold zero copies

OP here. This article is my post-mortem of building a course on agentic engineering.

Several important learnings (both around misinterpreting traffic to my eng breakdown as willingness to pay for a course, as well as attempting to sell a course before I had the audience size to pull this off).
