looks like a screw up in some farm(s)/processing plant(s), possibly exacerbated by heat and rain. It is going to be hard to identify the source. If I was in America, I would stop consuming fresh produce (it is really hard to ensure parasite-free produce no matter who you wash it). Wondering if this has already spread to Canada!
