Some concerns about Ladybird's (Browser) bylaws

Mozilla (held up as better in the last paragraph) has done a pretty good job of demonstrating why Ladybird's way is better.

“You hear nonprofit and think distributed governance.”

Not any more (or less) than I think a BDFL.
