Parallel Pi coding agents in a sandbox

I love using Pi with Codex and running multiple sessions on the same repo. To make my life simpler, added a single command to start a pre-installed Pi sandbox.

`smolvm pi start` is all you need!

it doesn't seem to support Windows.
