Install-AI-constitution: a tool to centralise your main AGENTS.md

Hi!

I built a tool I think is quite useful. It's a centralised AGENTS.md that you can install in a project via the install-ai-constitution command. When you modify the main CONSTITUTION.md file, all AGENTS.md are updated too - which is quite nice.

Sharing it for the people who are splitted between a few projects at once and would like to have a nice base AGENTS.md
