FeedFare – Walk to unlock your social apps (iOS)

I built FeedFare because screen time limits have no real friction — you just dismiss the popup and keep scrolling.

The idea: set a daily step goal, and your social apps stay locked until you hit it. Currently honor system — the hard lock uses Apple's FamilyControls API (same one parental controls use), and I'm waiting on Apple to approve the entitlement. Once it clears, it'll be a real block via DeviceActivityMonitor, not a timer you can tap away.

Built with Expo/React Native + HealthKit for step tracking + RevenueCat for subscriptions.

If anyone's been through the FamilyControls entitlement process — how long did approval take you? The documentation on what Apple actually wants to see is basically nonexistent.
