I made SUNMAX after watching facilities buyers consistently overpay for commercial cleaning and material handling equipment through distribution chains that added cost without adding much value.
The typical path was: manufacturer → importer → regional distributor → dealer → buyer. Each step adds margin. For a ride-on floor scrubber that might mean $3,000–5,000 in markups on a machine that doesn't change at all.
We cut that down to manufacturer → buyer. Products ship from our warehouse in Whittier, CA. We carry ride-on scrubbers, walk-behind models, compact units, sweepers, and 48V lithium electric pallet jacks and stackers up to 4,400 lb capacity.
US-based parts and support were non-negotiable to make this work long-term — nobody wants to chase overseas support for a machine that's down during a shift.
Happy to hear what's missing or broken from anyone who's bought industrial equipment before.
