Show HN: Youko – Parents pick YouTube channels, kids only see those

Hey HN, I built this because my 6yo learned swear words from YouTube's algorithm. YouTube Kids is too limited for older kids, and regular YouTube's recommendations are a minefield.

Youko is simple: parents pick which YouTube channels their kid can watch. Kids only see videos from those channels. No algorithm, no recommendations. Daily time limits included.

Stack: Rails 7, PostgreSQL, Redis/Sidekiq, SwiftUI (iOS). YouTube Data API v3 with quota optimization (~2-4 API units per creator per sync).
